Camps will be held from 8:30am-11:30am each day. Thursday will be our skills challenge day with lots of fun and prizes. Each day, juniors will learn basic golf fundamentals while playing fun games and learning First Tee core values. Parents are encouraged to attend all days but, especially Thursday, as it will be our awards ceremony day at the end of camp. AWARDS CEREMONY CAN RUN LATE ON THURSDAY. PLEASE BE PREPARED SO YOUR CHILD MAY STAY FOR THE AWARDS. Free beverages will be provided all week. Junior golfer does not need own golf clubs to participate but child will be properly fitted into U.S Kids Golf clubs that week. Child owning a fitted set of clubs will be a great benefit in camp! Discounts on all U.S Kids golf clubs will be given to each participant. Golf shirts/T-Shirts, shorts, and tennis/golf shoes recommended.

I hereby give Community Service Inc, Arkansas Golf Center, and The First Tee permission to use film, videotape, and/or photographs of the minor for lawful promotional or information purposes.

I, the parent/legal guardian of the youth; give approval for participation in the Community Service Youth Foundation’s First Tee activities and Arkansas Golf Center. I assume all risks of injury whatsoever and agree to hold harmless Community Service Inc, Arkansas Golf Center, and The First Tee from any claim(s) of any nature arising from any activity, including transportation, connected with The First Tee facility or program. This hold harmless agreement includes but is not limited to any claim due to injury proximately resulting from negligence of Community Service Inc, Arkansas Golf Center, and The First Tee Chapter, its employees, agents, LPGA, and PGA professionals participating agencies, and volunteers. I consent to Community Service Inc, The First Tee Chapter, and Arkansas Golf Center office communicating information regarding my child’s participation via the Internet.
