Refund Policy

Our Policy
ARKANSAS GOLF CENTER will exchange or refund non sale priced merchandise purchased through our retail stores, phone call, or website, within 30 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales receipt* and in new, unused condition.
* Product must be in exact condition it was at the time of sale having all attached packaging, advertisement, paperwork, and protective covering if applicable. This includes some products having plastic shrink-wrap at the time of the sale. Customers are liable for this shrink-wrap missing even if they asked an Arkansas Golf Center employee to take the wrap off. Items may, but not always, be refused if protective covering such as this wrapping is gone causing noticeable wear to the product. Unused not only applies to using the product as intended but any wear on the product coming from any means such as carpet abrasions, golf bag wear, head cover abrasions, etc. This policy is here only to protect the value of the club so long as it is at the same perceived value as the day the purchase was made a refund will likely be issued.

Cash Cash, if less than $200 (Refunds for cash purchases over $200 will be issued as a check from our Headquarters in CONWAY, AR)
Credit Card Store credit or credit issued to same credit card
Check Cash if less than $200 and the original purchase was more than 14 days from date of return. Otherwise, a check is issued from headquarters in CONWAY, AR

* Original Sales Receipt can be any Arkansas Golf Center store register receipt, shipping invoice or Internet screen printout qualifies as an “original sales receipt.” An exchange receipt does not qualify as an original sales receipt. ** Store Credit is not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced or honored for payment if lost or stolen. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law) and will not be replaced or honored for payment if lost or stolen.

Exceptions and Exclusions
Arkansas Golf Center reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise, such as special or custom orders, custom clubs, clubs modified in shop by an Arkansas Golf Center employee at the request of the customer, assembled or altered components of any kind (including re-shaft, re-grip, lie angle alterations, club length alterations, etc), personalized items and media (e.g. books, video, software, etc.). Free goods, received as part of a promotional offers or a sale are not eligible for exchange or return. Used and consigned merchandise may also be refused.

Warranty Claims/Defective Returns
Arkansas Golf Center offers no in house warranty and all warranty rules are set by the original product manufacturer. Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturer’s products, or may be found on their respective website. Any Defective product may be returned anytime while under the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please contact Arkansas Golf Center at 501.327.0171 prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration.

If a problem occurs with the product and has been used in any way, under normal wear and usage, the item will be handled as a warranty issue, not as defective. Return shipping charges for warranty items are the customer's responsibility.
All products carry a full manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer's warranty period Arkansas Golf Center will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of the particular situation.
In needed, call Arkansas Golf Center to inquire on manufacturer's warranty time period.
It is at the manufacturer's discretion on repair, replace, or refund of an item. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair from the time manufacturer receives item.
Manufacturer warranties do still apply to custom and special order items. Special Order items and Custom order items are NOT returnable. Used items are sold "as is" and may have no manufacturer's warranty. However, if the item is a newer used item some warranties may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer only. Arkansas Golf Center offer's no in house warranties.
